XSUITE is a simple and user-friendly document management and record management system with which organisations can easily and accurately make their information sustainably accessible in accordance with the Archiefwet (Archive Act).
Alfresco is an open-source content services platform. It offers organisations a central platform for storing and managing content. By running XSUITE on Alfresco, they add a layer on top of Alfresco where the user is centre stage. This allows users to work with stored content in a secure and user-friendly manner. XSUITE makes it easy to get a grip on information.
With XARCHIEF, you can make lists for the preservation or disposal of content so that information will actually be destroyed. This enables the archive manager to maintain an organised archive thus ensuring the timely disposal of documents and other data as prescribed by the Archiefwet.
The XPDF module makes it possible to convert documents automatically to PDF/a, a format suitable for archiving. This can be configured according to case type, document type and MIME type (file format) so that the conversion occurs automatically when a file is closed. Furthermore, documents can also be manually converted to PDF/a. When an employee converts a document to PDF/a, a new version is created immediately. If necessary, an employee (with the appropriate clearance) can recover the original version and continue to edit the document.

With XBEHEER, you can carry out all management tasks within the solution itself. Examples include the configuration of searches, case types, clearance, etc. XBEHEER is simple and user-friendly. The accessible interface makes it very easy to manage the archive without much additional training.
With XDOSSIER, it is a simple task to search all cases and documents and produce a summary of search results. This module makes it quick and easy for a user to carry out quality audits and print out lists. You can navigate to various cases (and other) files and the accompanying documents without any problem. Metadata can also be adjusted very easily and documents can be moved between files in an instant.
With XPost, a postal management module, you can route scanned postal items and link them to existing or new case (and other) files. The module makes it possible to link metadata to a postal item without too much difficulty and also offers links to a data warehouse and catalogue of case types.
